My SW22 Victory is missing something

Here we are, first week of February and still no gun yet. I'm frustrated because I've called S&W twice since January 19th and was told both times that the work was finished and that it was in the shipping dept awaiting to be shipped out. Has anyone had any similar experiences? S&W had the gun since November.

Finally!

The cabin fever has broken. I just received my Victory 22 today and immediately installed my new Altamont grips I purchased for it a month prior. (they are of high quality & look real sharp)

S&W replaced the barrel for a new one & installed the extractor/spring assembly that went AWOL on me. I'm going to the range tomorrow to dial it in and get it ready for this weekend's match.

S&W included the "old" barrel. They removed the "obstruction" and in about 15 minutes of a barrel brush & hoppe's #9 I got it spotless again. I'm not sure why they couldn't have done that themselves. But I got hit for $53 for a new barrel. So now I have a spare barrel. But wait. They graciously removed the barrel nut. So unless I can find a new one somewhere, I have a Victory 22 barrel paperweight.
