Sold A George Lawrence floral carved matching cartridge belt and holster for a 6 1/2" N frame revolver such as the model 27 shown in the holster. The size code 530 includes the models 20,23,24,25 and 27 as well as the models 1926, 1950,1955 and the Heavy Duty and Outdoorsman revolvers. Obviously a 6" revolver will fit just as well, that's a 6 1/2" model 27 in it.
The holster is in excellent condition with stiff heavy leather construction, all stitching is tight, extra long safety strap and nickel snap are strong, fits up to a 2 1/2" belt, forward cant Keith model 120F with full floral hand carving. The model 16F cartridge belt is stamped 38 for size and 38 for cartridge loop size. 12 sewn cartridge loops are intact and strong, belt is 2" wide, full floral hand carved, the leather is 41 1/4" from tip to tip with 36 1/4" to the center of 5 holes (5 holes is what the manufacturer put in, many holster makers sent belts with 5 holes). The leather is strong, all loops are stiff and intact, there is some stippling or dents on the very tip and one of the two keepers is chewed up some as shown. The finish and carving on the holster and belt match, they came together and certainly look like a set.
$175 includes USPS Priority shipping. Sold

Myres holster still available.
S.D. Myres Threepersons holster with a hammer protector for a 4" K frame revolver such as the Combat Masterpiece. The Combat Magnum shown in it fits very tightly. It's stamped N.P.D. 84 on the back. I bought a holster collection from a well known photographer's widow, his name was Herb Peck-some of his photos are in the book Packing Iron. This holster was in the collection, he lived in Nashville so Nashville Police Dept. is a good guess. Excellent condition with signs of use, very stiff heavy leather construction, the hammer protector is stiff with no cracking, full sewn welt, all stitching is tight, forward cant, fits a 2 1/4" belt. Maker etched "S&W 38" next to the stamped Myres logo. A very fine example of a Law Enforcement marked Myres holster for the Combat Masterpiece revolver.
$75 includes USPS Priority shipping.

Sold-A single page Smith & Wesson advertisement for the Chiefs Special revolver.
This is a very early ad showing a revolver with a rounded front sight and standard thumbpiece. Excellent original condition, originally tri-folded, one small 1/4" tear on the right edge at the bottom fold. Uniform off white heavy stock, the shadow is from poor photography.
$20 shipped USPS First Class in a Manila envelope with cardboard and marked "Do Not Bend". Sold.
