Mystery grips

Bought these years ago for a 1917 45 and they were a no go but they are close to a victory but not quite. They are distinctive, does anyone recognize the identity? Happy new year!!! Thanks Wallace

They sure look like early 1917 grips. Are they too small or do the holes not line up?

These early stocks were far more individual in their fit than later mass produced stocks... as the good man from Odessa has asked, how far off was the fit?

I'm pretty sure those are early 1917 grips, as I had one with those grips on it. I believe only the first 25,000 1917's had the concave grips.
