Found this one at a LGS while picking up my latest project.
One on the bottom. No markings other than witness holes.Looks like an early 8 round 3904 to me?

It's for the 39-4/5/639. The tube is 3904 correct but the stepped floorplate makes it for use only in 1st and 2nd gen pistols.

Haven't tried it yet, would it fit and lock in on a 3913/908? Granted it would not be flush. Can a follower change make it hold 9 rounds?

Full size 39/x39/390x magazines will lock and function just fine in the compact pistols, the full size magazine just sticks out of the bottom of the compact pistols. It may be possible to over insert them when the slide is locked back and that could damage the ejector. That is certainly the case with 1911's with extended ejectors and magazines that are longer than what the receiver was designed to accept.
