Stock Screws

My N Frame Target Stock Screws measure about 1.25" oal. There seems to be some minor variance in length with some screws going as long as 1.3" not that it matters. (Can't speak to Magnas but maybe these will work.) It appears that these screws will also work with K frame Targets. There is a "Sleaze" bay listing right now for a few of these screws, if like me you need some. By the time you pay shipping they turn out to be somewhat expensive. ($6.50/screw plus $4.95 shipping). The lister originally showed 10 available and I believe about 4 have been sold. I had posted on this Forum some time ago for help in locating Stock Screws with no responses. Hope this helps.

get, twice, I have made my own. Went to my local hardware with a correct thread screw. Matched it up, but a little long. Get a nut also that fits it. With trial and error put the grips on the gun w/ the screw and figure out the correct length. Take it out, and put the nut on the screw. Cut the screw to proper length. Take the nut off, this will fix the damage that you may have caused to the threads. If you get a screw w/ too big of a head, I rotate the head against a grinding wheel to make it smaller. Total project, 10 minutes, and under a buck! Bob
