Greetings Afficionados,
OldRook here and I got bit hard by the S&W bug recently. I'm into my fourth decade of enjoying shooting and have enjoyed friendly competition and service over the years, but never really delved into revolvers much, other than cowboy stuff. Well recently I stumbled across a No-Dash model 66 in a pawn store that I felt I should rescue. Since then a 64-3 and a hard used 65-2 and come home. So here I find myself soaking up as much of your knowledge and experience as I can.
Thank you.
Oh, for the particulars...8 years service in the Army (Artillery and EOD), 19 years and counting at a rural Sheriff's Office, NRA Life member, etc...
