We watch it, especially for the launches.
I recently watched an old NASA film describing the status of the Saturn-V booster rocket development and construction from the early 1960s (you can tell it was an old 16mm film that had been converted). The narrator was so monotone it was almost hilarious, but the sheer amount of infrastructure they built for testing and assembling the thing was mind-boggling!
