Just got back from the Navy Seal Museum 5K beach run and Muster which included a live fire assault demo from an actual Seal Team that fast roped from 2 H-60 Helos. Good to see professionals at work. As a side note to other veterans, Thank you for your service and sacrifices over the ages. This old Rescue Swimmer finished 59 out of over 150 runners of all ages, and still kept breakfast down.
