Near mint 19-3 2.5in at the gun show

There is just "something about" a beautiful 2.5" Model 19. I agree that $1.5K is a lot for one... but it would have been hard for me to hand it back to the seller, once I held it in my paws.:rolleyes: Just because we don't have any photos in this thread, here are a few glamour shots of one of my favorite CM snubs (this one happens to be a 19-2 with a swapped cylinder)... and I would be totally fine if it had a TH and TT. :)

I might have been willing to pay that for a 99% 19-2 version of the Model, but that is only because my collecting niche is dash-2's. I agree with most here that the price was a few hundred too high. But, if you are really that enthused and regretful about it, see if he is there next time around. I expect the gun will still be there at that price.

EXACTLY. I think he had it marked with his "I don't really want to sell it - but I could be persuaded" price...
Nothing dishonest about that.
