Anyone know what 3" holsters are out there that can be bought pretty quick?

Or what kind does everyone recommend? Looking for OWB leather... I guess if I have to order and wait for one might as well get what everyone thinks is the best.

For a 3" model 66 or 3" model 65

Thanks

Thanks Patrick but I'm not looking for a thumb break model.

Ray at Lobo will hook you up. Makes a great pancake (and many models) with snaps. Op for the hammer shield to keep chafing down. Have one of his IWB's with my 2.5" 66 on right now. Used to pack a Colt Commander in a TT Gunleater IWB for years but the weight started hurting my jacked up back. Been carrying the 66 daily for 3 weeks and even after a 12 hour car drive to Fl. it was comfortable. For the money the best custom holsters to be had at a fantastic price!

Great Guy/Great Craftsman he is.

I forgot. Without snaps also. His Enhanced Avenger (#7) is one great holster IMO. Rides high and securely. Great for open or concealed carry. You really have to give this man a try. Have had many big named holsters over the years and he is now my Go To guy for a custom rig. About a 4-5 week wait but WELL worth it. You won't find a better holster at a cheaper price!

Try rnrgunleather.com. He will fabricate what ever you want. OWB, IWB, combo, pocket, etc. His work is nice and the inside of the holsters are the smooth side of the leather. That along with his attention to blocking and fit of the holster equals less holster wear on your gun. Take a look. My new holster for my Model 19 2 1/2" arrives next week.

If your life depends on the gun use K. L. Null most high level body guard and several government agencies use them. I am alive today because of one of their shoulder holsters.

Here's a "Strong" brand holster I found here on the classifieds for my 3 inch Mod 65-3.

The Mod 19 4" I carry rides in a EP Saddlery pancake style holster. It has a thumb break but you can get the Street Combat one without it.

Best holster I have ever owned.

I have plenty holsters but find I dont have hardly any pictures of them! I like pancakes BUT find it difficult to reholster the gun in them without useing two hands. I have a el paso for my 3" 66-3, but dont recomend the leather thong I have. Its still hard to beat a pancake except for the difficult reholstering with one hand, but then again not everyone weighs 300 either! When I worked in uniform I always preferred a thumb break, the type inside where you pressed your thumb towards your body. Think the ones I have are "Federal Man" Dont have pictures though. I will have to take some. This is the only one I have handy.
