I just received my Fobus Evolution paddle holster today. It's perfect! It fits full and compact MP 9's and 40 and SDVE 9's and 40's. You can find them on Amazon cheaper than most sites. It hold's secure (you can tighten or loosen with the simple twist of a screw) and I also went with the Roto version which allows rotation of the cant to exactly how you like it. Only draw back is it does stick out a little, but a great fall and winter holster when you can wear a jacket or hoodie. Another nice plus is that the trigger is covered completely so no worries about drawing even if you are the type to keep one in the pipe.
Not sure if they make the evolution in shoulder rig but I'm sure what they offer in shoulder rigs is similar. (Search Amazon "Fobus shoulder holster for S&W MP" and several shoulder rigs come up) The MP's fit the SD's.
