Need a yoke

Hi guys
Need a yoke for model 15-3 .38 spec in blue.
anybody know where I can get on or does anyone have one to sell
My gunsmith tried one of his suppliers who is out of business.
My other option is to get the yoke in stainless which he can get.
That may kill the value.

Yokes don't just interchange. The aesthetics and sizing can match, or not. I have a couple. I will try to find my only model 15 and see how they compare.
I gots ta know... why do you need a yoke?

squib - bullet lodged halfway into barrel and half still inside case.
had to pound cylinder until in split the bullet.

If you buy from numrich or any other surplus parts store you're not going to get a picture of the actual part, it may not match the finish of your current gun. A better choice might be ebay or gunbroker.

Like others said a yoke might not just drop in. The yoke barrel length is what sets endshake which can't be too tight or too loose. A long yoke can be trimmed and a short yoke can have endshake washers installed in the cylinder.

Also a yoke barrel can be bent which I have seen in factory guns. There is a tool to check that also.
