I imagine the answer to my problem is elementary, but please humor me.

My only computer is a Dell Inspiron laptop my son gave me. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium, which I much prefer to 10.

This morning, half awake, I somehow accidentally reduced the font size on Farcebook only, knocking it down to about 67%--too small even for my post-surgery eyes. Everything else displayed normally. I tried using the magnifier feature on Farcebook. Mistake, apparently. Everything blew up to at least 250%, making the entire display so huge I could no longer access the magnifier button no matter how I swept the cursor.

I reset the font size using the control panel, but the entire display is still stuck on huge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel like an idiot.

I know how you feel about Windows 10. I have a W10 laptop I haven't powered up in over 18 months. My brother's W 10 system kept crashing so the tech loaded in Win 8.

Personally I prefer Mac's.

In the web page, hold down Ctrl button and clik + or - button to increase or decrease font/page element size.

I use it all the time.

Thank you!
Where can we go to find other little hints like this?
Have I said 'thank you' yet?
Thank you.

...tap it carefully with an appropriate sized hammer...

In addition to FlyTyinFool's excellent reply, if you've used the plus or minus to change the page size up or down on purpose you hit Ctrl and '0' (that's zero, not the letter 'o') to take it back to normal without having to make multiple keystrokes. I use that one a bunch.
