I've run out of ideas to fix this problem. I have installed Adobe Flash Player but can't watch videos that require Flash Player. When I go to the Windows 7 menu and look up all programs Flash Player is not listed there but when I go to the Control Panel it is listed in the install/uninstall list. I get a black error box like this. I am missing out on some good videos though. Appreciate your help.

What browser are you using? I don't thing Adobe Flash player is a stand-alone application. It is run in conjunction with a browser.

Go to Adobe's sight and download Flash Player. It downloads as a dmg file so you have to find it your download folder and click it to begin installation.

I fixed it. I went to Adobe website and found a page called "Flash Player Help" which told how to check to see if Flash Player was enabled or disabled and it was disabled. I went to tool, manage add-ons and was able to enable it. It worked.

Thanks for the support. Now I can enjoy the videos.
