Need Equalizer holster

I have searched a half dozen holster companies (Bianchi, Safariland, Galco, etc.) trying to find a OWB or IWB holster for a S&W Equalizer. None of them carry one. Finally found a cheap 1791 Ballistic nylon one claiming to fit the Equalizer, On delivery it was a non-fit no go.
Any help or experience?
