need help age and value

Welcome to the Forum. That serial number shipped in 1953, but there is no way anyone can give you a value estimate without detailed knowledge of the configuration and condition. It could be worth $150 or $700+.

The closest I have on my SN list is C3360xx which shipped in 12/55. Yours should logically be a little before that, but as S&W did not ship in SN order, you cannot know exactly when without a factory letter. No way to estimate value without more information on condition and whether the grips and nickel plating are original. Could be junk for all we know. Or a treasure.
