I can help you with these three, but the others are too new for me to know anything about.

The Model 28 is a Model 28-2 and is probably from 1973.
The Model 19 is a Model 19-5 from 1982.
The Model 15 is a Model 15-4 from 1981.

Welcome to the Forum! Quite a collection you have there. Here's some help with s/n's and dates of manufacture, interpolated from the "Standard Catalog of S&W 5th Ed.":

Model 66 BER1788 1990
Model 60 BKU4998 1991-92
Model 36 CCO5798 1998
Model 617 CRZ0184 2012

Some Forum members should be along soon to fine tune those dates based on similar revolvers listed in their records. Enjoy!

Jay, welcome aboard from ol' Wyo.

If your Model 60 has a 2" barrel, I would guess it's a Model 60-7.
Smith & Wesson likely shipped it in the second half of 1991. The
best feature about the Model 60-7 is the ⅛" wide front sight.

Your Model 36 must be a 2" Model 36-9, which likely shipped in
spring 1998. It's built on the new-in-1996 J-Magnum frame, but
it's chambered for .38 S&W Special ammo. Some stainless Chiefs
(Model 60s) built on the J-Magnum from were chambered for the
.357 Magnum cartridge.
