Need help identifying Mauser 1895 bayonet.

I recently picked up this German made 1895 Mauser bayonet and I'm not sure if it was made for export or used in Germany. I attached several pictures. It came with a leather frog and scabbard and all three pieces are in excellent condition. I removed the old cosmoline from most of the bayonet.

The only markings on the bayonet are Weyersberg Kirschbaum Co Solingen, a C stamped on the square spline and a symbol stamped on the other side of the spline and the serial number. No other markings on the bayonet, frog or scabbard. I can't find any info on the spline markings. Thanks in advance.

My guess is Austrian or Hungarian.

My bet would be on one of those south american contracts at the turn of the 19th century.
Mauser pretty much sewed up all of SA for military arms in that time period.

Thanks, for replying, but every example of the South American exports I have seen have an identifying stamp on the opposite side of the blade, and this one does not.

I was at that site a few times and had no luck with identification. What is your hunch?

So far, it looks like the frog is for a Swedish mauser, and the C on the spline means Serbian contract?

It's definitely not for a standard K98 of any type because of the design of the retaining ring.

It looks like either a 93 or 95 Mauser that were everywhere pre-WW2, ("cock on close" Mausers)... The frog looks slightly Yugoslavian, but not quite.
