Need help identifying

Passed down to me from my father. Just don’t have any info on it. Number on bottom says 350289. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum. We need a minimum of the caliber of the revolver. It should be stamped on the right side of the barrel. Also, did you find that number on the bottom of the butt-frame? Whatever it is, the stocks indicate the revolver is from the 1920s decade.
 
These are the numbers and locations of them. Can’t hardly make out what they say. Maybe someone else’s eyes will be better than mine.

It's a Military & Police Model, one of several million produced since the late 1890's. Yours is likely from the late 19-teens or early 1920's (given I have 264678 shipped March 1, 1917, and 354467 shipped November 16, 1920).
