Need Help IDing a Top Break

I have a top break serial number 61,748 that seems to have the characteristics of either a .32 single action model 1 1/2 or a .38 single action 2nd model 2nd issue. Due to the 3 1/4 inch barrel, I am leaning on the .38 2nd model 2nd issue. But it looks like it has been factory made into a .22 with factory inserts and a unique front sight that is a slanted rectangle and not a round blade. Is anyone aware of .22 top breaks?

kkupec02, The only factory topbreak .22 is in the M-91 singleshot series. No topbreak revolvers were produced in .22 caliber. Mike #283
