Need help picking scope rings

Im going to get the Leaper 5th Gen Bug Buster 3-9 x 32mm SCP-M392AOMDL from opticsplanet.com and Im not 100% on which height scope rings I should get.

My first thought was the high mount. But now I am a little unsure. What do you guys think and why?

High:

For the money, Leaper (UTG) QD rings are hard to beat for the money.

I have medium rings on both of my scopes, but I mount them to a 0.5" aluminum riser, not directly to the polymer rail on the receiver. I also have a 0.75" riser on the butt stock so my scope(s) and RDS are all on the same plane.

So probably the highs if I want the same plane as the Barska? I think the irons(well polymer actually ) are in the lower 1/3 of my RDS. No riser on my buttstock as of now.

the one i just posted is equal to high rings and that a 4x32 bushnell sportview on there to giv u some sort of idea

i love one pice mounts personaly


and on the plastic rail it will dispers the pressure over a larger area as well

FWIW, I do not put my iron sights and RDS on at the same time. For my shooting, it is not necessary.

Ive got the flip up Magpuls so there no real need to remove them.

One piece high mount it is. Again, I really appreciate the input!

does the M&P Require a special rail

i bought a scope but it doesn't fit the rail its too small. Is there a link where i can purchase the correct type of mount rings for the M&P
