I recently picked up a second 15-22 and it has the non-threaded barrel. My first gun was one of the first made, and a local gunsmith threaded it for me so I could add a flash hider, but he is no longer taking jobs. Does anyone know of a good source for having a barrel threaded? If the smith also cuts down SxS shotgun barrels that would be a huge bonus, I've got one of those that needs chopped too! Thanks for any info!
