Need some help with MFG dates

I have a few I could use some help dating manufacture.

Model 31-1 in 32 S&W long, SN# H15579
Model 33-1 in 38 S&W Sn#114821
Model 28-2 in 357 mag Sn#N118270 I think is 1973?

Model 31-1 - shipped in late 1969 to early 1970
Model 33-1 - mid-late 1960s
You have the model 27 year correct. All are estimates; the model 31 and 33 were slow sellers by the '60s and they may have shipped months to years later. Hope this is helpful.
