I’ve spent the entire weekend in the hospital after coming in with severe pain in my chest & arms & very high blood pressure Saturday.

Weird thing is the pain went away after a “GI” cocktail, indicating the pain may have been due to reflux. Problem is the heart enzyme went up, too.

After three nights,
I’m finally headed for the cath lab. If there’s no new blockage, I go home. Unfortunately, there’s no one available to assist with stents if I need one, so that would mean at least one more night in this wonderful place.

My family is out of town and due back this afternoon, so it’s been a depressing New Year thus far.

Sorry to hear jt. Always said life is too short for this type of thing. Is common though. Hope there is no blockage and you get out of there soon. Never know with these things but good to have it checked out. Best wishes

Very sorry to hear this. I hope you're feeling better soon and you can be with family and friends.

Knee mail on the way amigo. Hope the rest of 2018 is much much better.

Huh? You should pray to thank God you had the wisdom to go to the ER when you did. I will pray that if need be, I am as wise as you.

Lots of people, like my next store neighbor, choose to “tough it out.” He was in fantastic shape. Diet and exercise. Former Clemson WR with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Smart, Lean and muscular at 52. He came home from his daily run last summer, felt terrible and laid down to feel better. His 13 year old daughter found him dead. CPR didn't work. Heart breaking. He was a good man in every way.

Extremely well played JT.

I’ll be getting another stent tomorrow.

They found a 90% blockage in a big artery.

So good is I won’t be so dad gum tired anymore and blood pressure should come down.

Three things to be thankful for in your prayers of gratitude. When it comes to heart issues like this, I always pray for the surgeon doing the procedure and for his dexterity.

Umm, and you didn’t die at home from “indigestion.” We should all learn from you.

2011 I had the same thing only 97 1/2 % blockage. I almost bit it. the cath went great. I even watched the stent being inserted. In minutes I felt better. I could breath better. Thank god you went to get help. You will be great and ready to go in a few days.

Prayer said. I hope that your test comes out good and that you get to go home and have no further problems.
