IWB & OSW At Times
I am thinking of picking up a Nemesis or Sticky holster to pocket carry and maybe IWB my M&P Bodyguard no laser version. Wanting to hear from any owners of these holsters. I had a kydex pocket holster but didn't care for it much.
I never pocket carry. I live in the Tucson area so most of the year here it's T-shirt and shorts. I needed an IWB holster that keeps the entire gun (including the "handle") from touching my skin. I suspect those who dress in humid climates would prefer this too. For those times I use a N82 Pro. (Don't like having to twist the weapon to remove it but....can't have it all)
For our "winter" wear when a very light cover or when wearing a T-shirt under a sport shirt it's a Comp-Tac Minotaur Neutral Carry holster. ( IWB)
For fast to the store and back home it's the Sticky. (inexpensive)
The Remora is similar but some posters say it "feels like its slipping" but doesn't. I haven't had such a feeling with my Sticky.
I do use a Comp-Tac Minotaur OWB also during our "winter" months at times. Its a pretty close concealment with a short sleeve sport shirt. All of these hold the pistol's grip close to the body.
Always appendix carry except with the OWB Comp-Tac Minotaur. No choice since it's canted with no adjustment. It is my OWB.
Frankly, I don't favor that FBI cant. I feel it was for not "offending" anyone when talking to them in their homes.
I'm a retired detective and that's not "under cover". The public knows we are police and a pistol, handcuffs, spare magazine(s) along with a little larger than the tiny flashlights something always
shows.
Also, I've always felt the FBI cant causes un-natural stress on
wrist, elbow and shoulder for the draw. Appendix and cross draw
is comfortable. (For me)
G'luck and shoot well.
