Other than frequent pauses to download content because of my slow internet speed I have had no problems. Sometimes it's hard to find anything I want to watch tho!
What kind of problems are you having? If you go to "your account and help" in Netflix you can "manage video quality" and sometimes that helps. I've got my blu ray player hard wired to my router. I rarely get reloading interruptions while watching streaming movies. There's alot of movies on Netfix you never heard of that you have to "drill down" to, to find. Try watching "The wind that shakes the barley".
I use Apple TV to watch Netflix on the TV. Works real well. Loads almost instantly with no stops for buffering during playback. With all the Internet content on Apple TV, as well as access to media on the computer, it's one heck of a gadget for $99.
When accessing Netflix with my wireless TV and wireless BRP, it takes much longer to load and it isn't uncommon to have buffering during playback. Both are recently purchased Sony units. At 20Mbps, download speed isn't an issue.
My family watches it in various formats, PS3, through a BluRay, DroidX phones, laptop and on the iPad2.
I had some surgery Monday and knew I'd be laid up for a while so I added an AppleTV unit in the master bedroom. Awesome unit when used in combination with the iPad2. Best money you could spend at the Apple Store, in my opinion.
