I had posted looking for any good deals on an airweight. Couldn’t decided between a bodyguard or centennial model either. But that decision was made pretty easily when I found a used 442-1 locally for $300. Pro series with moon clips and stainless cylinder (but blued). Little use, slight cosmetic wear and dings, but little shooting use.

Went straight to the range with her and she shot well. Put about 200 through it with handloads and a few Gold Dot short barrel carry rounds. Happy with it. Now to get qualified with it at work.

Target is the first 10 rounds at 10 yards

This may take the place of my 640 as my BUG at work. I carried an old model 38 few weeks ago because I had something else going on. After that detail i threw it in my BUG pocket and noticed the weight difference.

Off duty the 640 or 66 will still get the carry, but this will be a nice pocket supplement or New York reload

Look like you did yourself good nice 442-1 Centennial for $ 300.00.Nice target shooting too.
