When I talked to customer service last week they mentioned that they never planned on selling this many units so soon. They began having some QA problems with the laser people, because of the steep ramp up in production, and now have a no questions asked policy on laser problems.

Another New BG380 Owner

Glad to see the positive comments on this weapon. Did a lot of research prior to purchase. Actually bought this for my wife to carry. Was also aware of the problems experienced with some of the EAA and EAB serial numbers. Mine is a EAF. My wife and I intend to take it to the range tomorrow to put some rounds through it. Will let you know how it went. Again, thanks to all for your views and comments. I carry a Kahr PM9 but may purchase another one of these if all goes well

Meaning that if there is a problem with the laser they will make it right -no matter what?
Well that is a step in the right direction... I think... I guess we the people ARE the QC dept.
