On a gourmet note, I had a new experience I normally about three-four small mugs of green tea and one of black tea a day. I recently reordered my favorite green tea from Amazon and they messed up and sent me oolong tea instead of my usual green tea. Instead of sending it back I decided to try it. Well it is very good. I looked it up and discovered it is a classic Chinese tea, that is sort of halfway between green and black tea. Like most teas it is loaded with healthy properties, good for diabetics, helps reduce stroke and heart conditions, as well as being relaxing. I have probably had it at one time or another when eating at a Chinese restaurant, and did not realize it.
