Hello everyone.
A little background. I shoot Ruger Rimfire Challenge monthly, and have plans to make the jump into IDPA this Spring. Also run a small time kydex holster business in my free time when not working or shooting. Mess around with some gunsmithing as well, mostly Ruger rifles, Mark guns, and 1911s. I will post up more info after I am around for a while to contribute.
A couple years ago I carried a M&P 40c for my daily but moved down in size to a Keltec PF9. Sometimes I also carry a Remington R1S, but wanted something in between. Thats where my latest purchase came to be. I was also looking for a dual purpose gun that I could carry and also use in IDPA this spring, the M&P FS 9mm just fit the bill.
I got her all stippled last night and plan to add an Apex trigger and sear kit.
I also was able to luck out and pick up a M&P15 lower and have a Dissipator upper on order. Hopefully it will make it soon! I will start up a progress thread on that as well.
