Those are Jay Scott grips from the 70s or 80s. There are several for sale on the big online auction site. You need a set for a S&W K frame.

They are/were made by Jay Scott ... Black Pearl .
In 1972 I put a set on my new Ruger Blackhawk and thought that was the finest looking handgun in Louisiana !
Look for K-Frame , model 19 on e-Bay and Classified Site ads ... Post a Want to Buy ad ... there should be plenty out there ...
Jay Scott made a lot of black pearl grips I'm sure someone has a set for sale !
