Hey guys! I'm new here my first post I've been reading a lot of this that people have posted and I've learned a ton! Thanks for the welcome ! Also just picked up my first MP 9mm range kit love it! Any tips about ne thing I'll take, thanks to Smith357 for the activation and help!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your M&P9. I have the same setup and I love it. I swapped out the stock sights for a set of Tru Glo tritium fiber optic sights. Now it's just about the perfect pistol.

Here you go. Please excuse the quality. Trying to hold the gun with one hand and the camera with the other can be challenging. I paid $120.00 at a local gun shop and the gunsmith installed them while I waited.

wow they look sick! looks like its worth it! i may have to do the same, i just picked up a streamlight TLR-2 and it looks good!

Congrats on the purchase and welcome. Tru-Glo sights are good sights, have them on a few guns. However, I opted for a Dawson black sight on the rear and a red fiber optic on the front of my M&P.

Do you Guys think it's sill with it to get them if I only use it for the range??

If it is just a range plinker, probably not. If use is to be for defense, then it would make sense to change out the stock sights to night sights.

If your only need for a gun is for range plinking, you would be better off to get a good .22 like a Ruger MK III or a Browning Buck Mark. The ammo is a lot cheaper than any centerfire ammo. But, if you want to plink with your M&P and use it for home defense or CCW, then by all means invest in a good set of night sights.
