New hunting places..Vacation

Greetings everyone...

I feel good today! Start a weeks vacation! I have been searching for a new hunting area within a 1 to 2 hour drive. Not an easy task when you live in the San Francisco Bay area.

Found out that there us a 3500 acre wildlife refuge that has Black Tailed Deer, Wild Pig, Bear, Squirrels & Jack Rabbits.

Going to spend a day exploring it as a place to go deer hunting this fall. Since Jack Rabbits are in season year round, will bring my Single Six 22 & Ruger 77/22!

Been too long since I have been in the field.

It's always fun to scout new places. You may discover a sleeper area.

Just be sure to not use any lead ammo.
