Uhhh, lol, there *MUST* be a term that is a few levels up from 'clean', either that or the photographs are retouched. She looks flawless and gorgeous.
I would almost have to say that it seems quite odd for some previous owner(s) to have cared for it that well, carried it that little (never) and kept it in that kind of shape... but no box.
Perhaps the original owner bought it and never did a single thing with it and had the box elsewhere with a stash of boxes... and it's since been moved on down the line by heirs?

It looks like it spent most of it's life protecting someone's sock drawer from harm.

Beautiful Ladysmyth - and great photography! I hate to admit how slow I am - it took me prolly four or five minutes of searchin' and thunkin' to figure out the 62 3rd Gen's comment ...
