New M P Bodyguard take down pin

The take down pin on my new bodyguard is very hard if not impossible to rotate without tools. Is this something that will get better with time and use......sore fingers!

I use a plastic stray or wood pick and leave the take down tool in place.
You also if you are careful you can use the small cleaning rod tip from your cleaning kit.

Yes, it will get better with time.
You will most likely also have the magazine insertion issue (need to press the release to insert).
This too requires some break-in.

This is normal for the pin to be difficult in the beginning the more you work the pin it will get easyer. In the instruction book it says to use a pen or wooden rod the push it until it gets worn in. After about a half dozen times of takeing the pin in and out you should be able to use your fingers to remove it.
