Hello all, after a grueling couple of months of paperwork and hoop-jumping I just got approved for my NYC residence pistol permit.

The first and only handgun I ever shot as a kid was a .357 S&W while visiting a friend's family (We aren't even allowed to touch handguns without a permit here in the city). Since then I've loved the look of the classic S&W revolvers and I'm hoping for a Smith to be one of the first handguns I own.

Well, that's my story. Looking forward to the education I'm sure to get from you guys...
