Came back to revolvers for CCH in 2005. Purchased a 37-2 no-lock (Japan contract cancelled??) that I carry routinely carry in shorts and t-shirt.
My original experience with S&W were Navy .38's primarily that shot around corners having been carried, dropped, abused beyond all.... Still like them.
Am more into shooters than any collectibility. Currently, would really like to find a .45acp or LC that is beat as a project gun.
I see several names from another board or two and have been here before as well so I know that some very knowledgible people are here to discuss and learn from.

I've been looking about the forum with minor success. I need a suggestion on where to school myself about Model designations as discussed on the board. I'm familiar with 10, 29, 37 and a few others but need to find a cheat sheet or something to try and get up to speed.
