50 years old from southern MN.
Been a hunter-gun nut all my life.
I remember as a boy taking my little shelty-beagle mix hunting,it looked like a shelty but would howl like a beagle when she was on a rabbit.
As the years went by she would follow me about a 100 yards into the woods then give me a little bark and turn around and head home.
