New Model #3 Russian Identification Help

Hello all!
Just purchased this #3 Russian model. It has "reissue" marked on the barrel. SN 4317. Is this possibly a Turkish contract? Dont have it in hand yet, so cant examine closely, but there appears to be a "P" on the bottom of the grip frame. Any help from the experts would be greatly appreciated.

Your revolver is a 3rd Model Russian. If the hammer is a rimfire hammer with a squarish nose there is a good possibility that it is a Turkish contract revolver.
