New Model 65

I got this from my FFL today. It is a 4 inch Model 65-4. The 3 incher is my first, bought in about 1990. The finish is much brighter in person. It looks like a nickeled Model 13. It is in great shape and looks like is has been fired very little. Most magnums get .38 Specials, and they leave a ring in the charges holes of the cylinder. If this one had them, they were scrubbed out quite well. I am very pleased.

I think if you go to your photos, there is a way to edit them. I know I’ve done it in the past, but I can never remember exactly how to do it since I am technically challenged and old.

Many of these were done by security guard and corrections departments as a cheap way to make them double action only and easier to draw from a holster.
