In my Military and Law Enforcement days wearing the head cover "Squared" was a priority.
When did this practice cease ?
When did this practice cease ?
Yep, lack of pride and PT/BMI standards relating to ability to do a job (ie; fat cop chasing suspect), etc.It ceased when grooming standards went away for the most part.
Have you seen the scruffy beards that are now allowed in the military?
Then there's LE. With all the tattoos, beards and grossly overweight folks, it makes me wonder if there are grooming standards much less physical fitness standards.
Everything gets sloppy when there's no pride.
I'm just a casual observer, my opinion is meaningless.
What Agency?
To understand the prevalence of tattoos among Americans, consider the following points:
- Approximately 30% of Americans have at least one tattoo.
- The percentage is higher among younger adults, particularly those aged 18-29.
- Women are slightly more likely than men to have tattoos.
- Tattoo popularity has increased significantly over the past two decades.
- Cultural acceptance of tattoos has grown, influencing more people to get inked.
- Many individuals view tattoos as a form of self-expression or art.
That "gentleman" couldn't work for me.....Also, something about that "badge" and the checkerboard reflective pattern almost looks UK or maybe European.
Exactly right and well said!It ceased when grooming standards went away for the most part.
