When I wear muffs I always wear a "ball cap". The little button at the top of the cap gets pushed down and bothers me.
I went looking for caps that do not have that button AND is made in USA. Red White Blue Apparel is what now wear.

Never been a big fan of baseball caps, didn't like the baseball cap they gave us in the Army either. I did however like the field cap with ear flaps. When I was stationed in Germany I never wore the issued baseball cap and only wore the field cap. Nobody ever gave me any grief, I had the odd Seargeant ask me where my baseball cap was I told him that I kept it in the locker with my bat and glove. I still have one of those caps around somewhere but most often prefer to wear a proper hat when the weather gets cooler. I prefer the "driver's cap" to the baseball cap and just never caught on, a proper hat will keep the weather off more than just your glasses.

My problem with mail-order hats is "one size fits all" or "most." When you have a size 8 head you best try 'em on first. Any thoughts on how big these hats run? Once in a great while I'll find a "one size fits most" that is pretty close to adequate.
