New Models Without IL ?

Hi:
Is there any current Stainless Steel "J"Frames without the "Internal Lock"?
I know the Model 642 can be had without the "IL" but what about Model 640 and 638 ?

Yes, the M640 Pro.
The M640-3 has the lock.

Allow me to suggest looking for an older 38-2. It will not have the lock. They came with a factory electroless nickel finish that holds up much better than the current finishes. I picked up a used one for pocket carry and it is still going strong several years later after lots of time in my front pocket holster.

Older 640 j frames without the lock are still out there as well in the stainless configuration not to be confused with the newer lightweights.
