S&W is killing me. They keep on coming out with new guns that I want. Gonna have to get a second job and another gun safe!!!!

I hope it's not a state secret of some kind, but I watched the video so COB's (Cranky Old Bobs) wouldn't have to.

Some slight Performance Center variations on the 2.0's and a Shield. Be still my beating heart.

Funny it still says Springfield MA on the side. Probably a real nice gun.

On one side of the slide it says Springfield MA but on the other side it says Maryville TN. I'd like to know where these are made.

Due to the abundant QC issues out of Springfield MA, going forward the only S&W models I'll consider buying are ones made in Maryville TN.

If S&W is going to continue to use it's Springfield MA facility, instead of launching new guns, they really need to go through their existing production lines and fix the QC issues.

I really like Jerry M. He is the real deal. The guns look great. One thing I noticed was him showing the lack of recoil. Nothing has much recoil or muzzle flip with those Popeye arms and hands holding it!:p

I never understood why a 9mm needs to be ported after shooting a guys m&p full 4.25 9mm he had magna ported after seeing jerry miculek magna ported M&P some years back . But if the build a new toy and advertise it well people will buy it .

The slide, which is 100% new, is stamped Marysville
The Frame, which is slightly modified from an existing frame, is stamped Springfield

I also have higher hopes for Marysville products over Springfield. S&W's Design and Development teams have been doing wonderful work. But production hasn't been keeping up.

I have a PC Ported Shield and a standard non-ported Shield. I've shot them side by side a number of times. At 3.1" the only difference is the Ported one is dirtier.

I have a PC Ported 5" 1.0 and a standard non-ported 5" 2.0. I've shot them side by side a number of times. At 5", it makes a difference. That said, the Ported 5" lives in the safe and the non-Ported 5" lives in the nightstand.

More leverage.
