Hello everybody -- I just found this forum and it seemed to be calling me -- I bought my first S&W (Mod 36) as my back-up gun while a policeman in Austin in 1966 -- Paid $60 at Gibson's -- We were issued S&W 38-44 revolvers by the department in those days -- Now I'm just a retired old geezer with too many N frames in the safe (love them) -- I'm looking forward to participating and learning from this forum
