Can't decide if I want to multicam my rifle. I really like it as is, but multicam.........:D anyone have one done this way? Post it up.

I painted my M4 in sort of a multicam/snakeskin wing it whatever fashion with krylon and it was really easy to clean off. I just did it again though. Screw it paint the thing if that's what you're into.

This is hydro dipped but I'm sure I can get it pretty close.

Why don't we just trade rifles and you can start fresh with a black one? :)

If you're going to paint, and you need to pick colors, I wrote an app that helps with that:

CamoPicker v2.0

The app allows you to match paint from various manufacturers (Duracoat, CeraKoat, Krylon, Rustoleum) to a photo of your local landscape. Colors closely matched to your environment allow for better (local) concealment. I released v2.0 last month, and the app is absolutely free to use.

Hey low down, how much did the hydro dipping cost you per rifle? or is that what you are planning on doing? I have been tossing the idea around but wasnt sure what pattern i would want. Then the big saving money thing comes into play.

Those aren't my rifles...I wish. Those were just to show what I'm looking for. My friend said he was going to get into hydrodip so maybe I can push him quicker. I wont send my rifle out, too many horror stories of missing rifles, part and months of not hearing back from who they sent them to. I would moat likely do Duracoat/Cerakote

Ive wanted to try and camo mine but im afraid ( Im not good with paint) that ill wind up with a rifle that looks like the crayola factory thew up on it......lol
wanna see how yours turns out though......
