EAA Witness Steel - 9mm/.22 conversion

Just picked this up from the FFL. $408 from gunbroker for everything.

Haven't had time to do anything but inspect it and take pictures. Going to try to hit the range this afternoon.

Lost my slideglide, so I'll chance it with Hoppes oil once I clean it.

There was a funny looking piece of metal wire and an allen wrench in a ziplock that came with the box, does anyone know what they are for?

Seems like a pretty darn good deal to me!

I did not know they made a conversion kit for the witness.

It's printed on conversion slide that it fits .22, .38SA, .45ACP, 10MM, and can be used on the Witness Poly frame.

I've only been shooting a Sigma for the past 2 years (my first pistol) and really felt that I've gone as far as I can go with it (>5,000 rounds), and wanted to get a longer barrel.

It came down to:

M&P 9mm
PT92 or 92FS
PX4 Storm full size
CZ75b

The price for the both the gun and conversion slide sold me. And I truly believe the Sigma made me a better shooter.

I've got the CZ Kadet upper. Love it, practice with the same gun. Only downside is the magazine, a .22 body inside a 9mm body. Loading is a pain. Joe
