New revolvers with the locks deleted and plugged

I just remove the flag. No further concern with the matter.

I do the same thing--to me the factory plug (looks like a screw head)
looks more natural than a big honking glob of plug that never totally
matches the guns finish anyhow. (to me , personally, a plug just points
a giant finger to that darn lock hole unless it COMPLETELY matches
the guns finish & color).

The last three handguns I bought had locks. They were by default left off and I just ignore them. If I could buy a gun without, I would, but these were new guns. It doesn't worry me as my carry gun does not have one.
