new Shield yesterday

shot the Shield yesterday. 25 rds and it was time to go. Function was 100%,no fail to feed,fire,or eject. Meanest magazine spring i've ever been up against, i now know why you folks use the mag loader. My first nylon frame gun and was expecting snappy type recoil but found it very comfortable to shoot. The trigger pull proved to be a little heavy but the push flinch i.ve developed didn't help. This gun is well set up for what it's meant to do.....Mike

Mike like you I was impressed with the recoil form a small gun! IMO the accuracy is pretty good at 25 ft or less. I will be ranging out just to see what it can do as I hopefully get better lol

Only thing i care to change about the trigger is weight of pull at the break. Don't really care about changing take up,overtravel, or reset...just that break. If i go apex hard sear and USB will I get to 4.5-5.5, rather than a kit?
