Been an owner of a couple shotguns and rifles over the years as I have gone pheasant, deer, and duck hunting with family and friends.

However, finally I got my hands on a Model 10-5. Great gun, buttery smooth and very tight. I have wanted one since I was a kid. Only blemish is some light pitting on the right plate.

I look forward to learning more about upkeep, restoration, finding parts and accessories, etc. from everyone here. Maybe someday I will even be able to find some ammo to shoot it.

Hi and welcome to the forum from Tennessee. You have a very nice looking gun. If something isn't broken, don't "fix" anything, just enjoy it and keep it clean.

Minnesota

Good evening, from here in Mn also. Have had a 5" 10-5 for a couple decades and love it, perfect bed table gun. You will find 158 gr std vel shoot to point of aim.

Howdy from Texas! Do you have the use of a range with heat and small doors for shooting in the MN winters? I found a nice one like that when I lived South of Minneapolis.
